We have significant experience in pre-travel destination safety systems and will produce detailed reports to assist your planning. We can also provide daily real-time security updates for any overseas country.

Alistair Cole Consulting offer a three-tier approach to auditing. These are:

Bronze: Starting from just £100 per audit, the bronze audit is a GDPR secure desk based audit, where the client uploads their data via our website. This is reviewed by our staff for compliance and offers a truly cost effective option for proving compliance.

Silver: As with the bronze tier, this audit starts with a desk based review before progressing to a 'live' on-line audit via SurveyorTech software. This allows for a more comprehensive two-way audit process. Prices per audit start at £175 for this option.

Gold: This is a face-to-face audit process, where our staff will come to your global facility and conduct an in-depth one-to-one survey. Please contact us for our pricing schedule.

Our proven methods of auditing accommodation take the form of an on-line self-assessment checklist, administered by Alistair Cole Consulting on behalf of our clients. Our checklists are tailored to each type and style of property and focus on key areas of safety including:

An in-depth analysis of the completed checklist is then carried out by our team of safety consultants until we are satisfied that each property has taken all reasonable care to prevent accidents and illnesses. 

The results of our accommodation audits are shared with all parties as this community approach ensures a higher buy in rate from both hotels and their suppliers. 

Under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018, organisations are responsible for the acts and omissions of the third-party providers they utilise. Alistair Cole Consulting can conduct auditing and compliance checks of external transportation and activity/excursions providers worldwide. 

Our custom excursion self-assessment checklists have been developed to ensure that our clients’ suppliers have adequate safety measures in place. Our checklists focus on key areas of safety, including:

•  Public liability and tour operator insurance
•  Servicing and maintenance
•  Licencing and staff qualifications
•  Emergency procedures
•  First Aid and medical equipment

The checklists are easy-to-complete, ensuring a high response rate from the suppliers. Our experienced safety consultants analyse each checklist on an individual basis, working with the supplier to overcome any key areas of concerns. Providers are asked to complete an audit once every three years on behalf of our clients.
