All of our Operations Centre staff are comprehensively trained in incident management, hold the Off-Site Safety Management qualification as a minimum and have many years experienced in running operations rooms for the military and industry.

  • Ability to wire funds out to expedition groups via SWIFT and Western Union.
  • Itinerary, risk assessments and incident management plans for each expedition group.
  • Satellite tracking of each expedition group against their itinerary.
  • Records of check-ins received and any action taken from them.
  • Liaison with the FCDO.
  • In-country contact details for each phase of the expedition.
  • Each member of the expedition group’s personal information.
