The Client recognises that this document is an independent external assessment against a specific standard or client checklist. It does not guarantee that no incident/non-conformity/violation has taken place before the audit and/or shall take place after the assessment by Alistair Cole Consulting within the facility. Alistair Cole Consulting conducts all assessments according to the relevant professional standards, based on ISO 9001/10011. However, it must be advised that each assessment methodology is based on a representative sampling approach of available information sources, such as data, information, records, certification, documents and files. It also includes interviews with a representative sample of knowledge/available staff and an inspection of representative sample of equipment, operations, activities, rooms and location at the assessed facility. Alistair Cole Consulting cannot reasonably be held accountable for the veracity, accuracy or completeness of available information prepared by other external parties or obtained via interviews of facility staff. Therefore, there may be issues which have not been discovered or identified during the audit. It is the responsibility of the audited entity to identify those issues though its own monitoring processes. This document only attests whether the assessed entity is meeting the Client’s checklist criteria. The Client remains the only judge to make the decision emanating from Alistair Cole Consulting’s review. The intervention of Alistair Cole Consulting does not release, substitute or discharge in any way the Client or assessed facility of their obligations as regards the analysis of the risks and compliance with relevant laws. Alistair Cole Consulting shall not be accountable for regulatory sanctions that may be assessed due to failure of the auditee to correct the audit findings documented in the audit report in a timely manner. Consequently, the Client recognises that Alistair Cole Consulting may in no way be held liable based on its performing of the audit in the event of legal action or sanctions taken for an infringement of laws or regulations, which would have occurred prior to, during or following the term of contract. The owner of this report remains with the party who had paid for it. Release permission must be provided by the Client prior to release to third parties.
